What is SeaFoam?

Hey guys!! I'm gonna be captain noob for awhile, but anywho, just what is seafoam and why is it so magical? From what I have been able to find, it appears to be some sort of carbon cleaner? If anyone knows where I can get some, or just tell me what it does I would be very grateful!! Thanks yall!!
