The 01M01 is a program, not a TSB(Trouble Service Bulliten). It extends the warrenty for up to November 2004 or 100,000 miles. This program covers the noise made from the timing chain hitting the chain guide.
I just have this done and though I would share what this all included for me. I believe Ford called it the Chain Guide and cam assembly.
While doing this I also have them replace the Cam Tensioner's (front and rear) which did not require removing the motor.
Now I have a smooth running truck.
When doing the work the technician did note that the plastic assembly was broken and there were pieces of plastic in my engine/engine oil pan. They cleaned it up and matched up all the pieces to determine that they had gotten them all and there weren't any from the rear which is not warrentied.
In addition, I would like to note that the 01M01 replaces the 00M12 which was only up to 72,000 miles.
