What is this called? Part number?

Hey all,

Long time reader.

I have a 2002 explorer and I need to know what a certain plastic interior part is called. It is the whole piece that the should seat belt adjuster is a part of for the back seat on the drivers side. Mine is broken and won't stay in place. If anyone has a part number or a part name or something like that I would be grateful for that information. I am looking for such a piece to replace the one I have and with out knowing what it is called I believe it may be difficult to find. And if you know where I could get one, that would be great to.

just a shot in the dark, 'B' Pillar upper trim panel.

that is kind of what I was thinking but I wanted to check. I need to start trying to find one. Ford sells it for about $100. I wonder what it will go for at the part yards? Any ideas?

$35 is what i paid for the lower dash trim panel, came with headlight switch too.
Usually my local yards have a $25 minimum.
