i know basicly nothing about suspension so i have a question. i have a 95 ford explorer and my shocks are dead. i hit a tiny bump on the freeway and it feels like im on a boat. every little bump i hit when going slow makes an abnoxious noise. so, i want to get new shocks. i do almost all street driving and want a shock that gives my explorer a smooth ride but handles alot better then stock, especially at high speeds.
what do you guys think?

The gabriels have worked great for me so far....Much improved over stock...and you really cant beat the price.

yeah, i tried the edelbrocks on my 96.didn't see enough
difference to justify the extra $$$.plus bilsteins lifetime warranty.i actually broke one offroad and got a new one no questions asked.we sell both here and i'll take bilsteins any day.
