What needs to be done?

Back from run #2. The puddles were twice as deep, and about half way through we were sputtering badly, and then died. I guess too much water made it through the intake. I dried it off and we went again, slower this time. We were still sputtering, but not even close to enough to die. Right now the MAF and filter are drying off. What all should I check, the whole engine bay got some amount of muddy water. Should I also clean my filter and MAF? Thanks!

Thanks, I cleaned my MAF yesterday, and let everything dry out. This morning it started right up and ran pretty good. Next time I'll connect my stock intake setup.
