Do you use to protect your vehicle from the hell of winter? I'm more concerned with keeping the paint protected as opposed to looks.

I know 3m products are excellent; I use a few of their products. But what about wax? I've been using Mcguires simply because it comes off so easily, looks decent and keeps a decent bead for a while......but I know they're far from the best.

So what do you use, and how long does it "last" before you re apply it?

I'd recommend Zaino. Since I live in the south, we don't have harsh winters that often. So I only waxed mine on a regular basis in the spring/summer time. I'd say maybe once a month.

Z-A-I-N-O. Only the best, and only the one I use. :)

I can tell ya right now you are gonna get a zillion diferent answers.

This question gets posted almost mothly.

That being said, it goes on easy, removes even easier, shines like no other and lasts forever. I have never used any thing like Zaino.

I would use any of the Stoner Wax products. Speed bead is awsome! Spray it on, buff lightly, when it dries wipe it off! Work great and is very easy to use!!!! 2 thumbs up

I do detailing on all my vehicles, I run a car dealership. And only use STONER Products! Remember this is in North Dakota! The COLDEST state out there beside Alaska!!!

Zaino will outlast ANY other product. I have used it for over three years and it lasts through MI winters better than ANY other product.
Check the detailing boards. Some may think that carnuba wax gives a better/deeper finish than Zaino but Zaino is recognized as the longest lasting.

Teflon is the best protectant you can put on your vehicle.

Watch out, sounds like a pitch for one of those sealant packages from your local dealerships.

This isn't the case. The package from the dealer ship is a rip off.
