What wheels are these?

Can anyone identify what wheels these are? Looks like 33"s as far as tires but I cannot tell what type of wheel and where I can find them. Me like!

Notice how the taped off silver outer rim makes the wheel look like it is a larger diameter. Tiny details , like that one make the black wheel just a little different. Food for thought.

Good eye! I am also seeing a distinct 'star' pattern. Seems little different that the "deer print" rims I've seen around town.
