The Ownership says its a 1995 but when looking at pictices posted on here the front end looks like a 1994, other than looking at pictures how can I tell what it is. Reason im asking is that do I follow the tech tips for a 94 or a 95???.

Look at the door tag. It will give you the month and the year the truck was built. If it's before august of 94, then it's from 1994, if it's after august of 94, then it's a 95.

if it has the 94 style front end then you use the 94 info

Snag a pic of the front suspension as well.

Good catch -- the suspension will probably the easiest way to determine which generation it is .

I took a look at sticker on the door it says 08/95 plus I chatted with a buddy who works for a ford dealership he also comfirmed its a 95, to thanks everyone for your help

I'd still like to see some pics. Sounds like an interesting vehicle.

I had a problem like that too, because it came with a 95 owners manual and I had been under the impression that it was a 96.

It was a 96, and I got a proper owners manual for it now.

What are the differences between a 95 and 96, anyway?

I once met a guy who swore he had a 95, but it was obviously a 94 with the square body of the 1st gens, and ttb suspension. I tried all i could to explain to him he in fact had a 94, but he just wouldn't even hear of it. I never got a chance to check what the sticker said, but there was no convincing him. He tried selling it as a 95, i wonder what came of that.
