where is that located?

Looks like you found some sort of engineering mode for the voice control (nuance is the voice recognition stuff)

cnsheets and J,

This is the voice diagnostic screen. It's not meant to be in Logging mode during normal vehicle use and will probably bog down your system causing a slow response.

cnsheets,

I checked your ticket this morning and see your Customer Service Manager tried calling you yesterday. If you get a chance this afternoon, please contact him back :)

Interesting. Could having this enabled be causing his rebooting issues?

Yes he left a VM at my home but I was not there. I tried to call him back and no answer. I will call him in a few minutes.

Thank you.

I didn't touch anything on that screen. It looks as if everything is "OFF" as I would think that when you press the button for "ON" that it lights up.

I was just curious....

I don't think it is causing my reboot problems as I never use the voice commands. But I do know that when a call comes in, instant reboot......if I switch to the Nav screen to show the map.....instant lock up followed by reboot.

I'm sure over time it could cause occasional rebooting. However, that's not causing his concerns. The dealership will have to run more tests and contact their Tech Hotline in order to determine the exact cause and course of action.

Off topic a bit...but anyone else notice there is no question mark on the keyboard? (well, unless I am missing it, which is always a possibility!) I was trying to edit one of the outgoing text messages and needed a question mark, and couldn't find it anywhere.
