Guys how do I help my bad wheel hop when driving in sand? It's very bad.

Go easier on the gas pedal?

Quit spinning the tires. Its not wheel hop anyways, its the sand

The V8s have radius rods to stop axle wind up, are yours still fitted? The bushes ok?

I see you have Warrior shackles and add a leaf, I'm assuming this is because your springs have weakened and sagged?
Fix the springs properly and take a look at your shocks.

I have air ride. Could that be it

Tire pressure 18-20 psi?to much air is the major cause of wheel hop/axle hop

Ummm if I'm at a stop and in sand and give it ANY gas to start moving it gets crazy hop. When I put it in 4x4 it's OK but other then that there is no way to quit spinning. My explorer never did this before the lift and tires.

If you lifted the rear with only a longer shackle, the leafs might be less rigid. Try a set of monroe coilover helper shocks on the rear.

Doesn't my signature say I did an add a leaf?

What pressures are you running? I don't see wheel hop really have anything to do with your suspension most of the time wheel hop in the sand is caused by the tire trying to dig as the vehicle is moving causing a rapid hop if you let the air out it will "float" due to wider track and more tire on the ground with more weight distribution and should eliminate wheel hop
