Wheel Spacers

Do 1995 Ford Explorers or Eddie Bauer Editions originally come with wheel spacers? Because I just bought my SUV at a dealer, the wheels and tires aren't originals as I noticed. Looking closely at all 4 wheels, I see that they're all tucked-in to far under the wells, and for some reason when turning the wheels all the way to the right it rubs sooo bad, but it don't rub at all when turned all the way to the left. Looking at other 91- Explorers out there, mines is the only one I see with wheels tucked-in. I just wanted to know if they came originally equipped with spacers/adapters.

My Wheels looks similar to these same silver color with out the hub covers, and has skinny tires:

Those do indeed look like 3rd generation wheels which will need spacers to fit properly.
