Backspacing is a measurement for any wheel. There's no such thing as a wheel with no backspacing. Most people run somwhere around 4" give or take a quarter inch.

Do you have a link to what wheels you want to run?

Or did I just totally misunderstand that? Are you asking if you need spacers?

You went with the 15x8's with 3-5/16 BS? If so you wont want wheel spacers up front or you'll be hitting the lower trim when you turn the wheel. Some people do run like 1.5" or 1.25" spacers in the rear to give it a different stance but thats purely personal preference for the rear.

I run 1 5/8 spacers on top of 4" backspacing just for stability, I have no sway bars

I also rub at full flex with the spacers but as stated i only run them for stability

That's what the forums for!
