When The Wind Blows - right through my door seal!

On my '99 Explorer the wind (and a bit of water) goes right through the passenger door seal. I can't see any obvious defects in either the seal or the way the door meets it, so if anyone has any recommendations on where to start looking, I'd be grateful.

Until then, I'll continue searching the forums.

I replaced the front door weather stripping on my '99 and solved my wind noise issues.
