Where can I buy a light bar for my 1997 Explorer? I don't have a roof rack...

your explorer doesn't have the "railing" that the factory roof cross-bars would bolt into?
As seen HERE
some people have used the crossbars as a light bar, and some have made their own. I think some aftermarket ones will either fit or can be adapted.

Lacky is right. If you have the rail that the cross-bars screw into, it's a pretty simple job to build a bar to mount lights, if you're mildly competent with tools.
