Its the center cap off of a 94 limited explorer

Or even better, where can i upgrade to something even better looking for a center cap?? My explorer is dark gray with a lot of blue lighting

There's a 94 limited I saw in a junkyard here that may have them too.

They probably wouldn't want much for em , but they remove all the wheels on all the cars in the yard before they put them in there , and throw and hubcaps in the car so I'll hafta see if they're in there.
