Okay I found a thread on how to do 1.5" body lift http://www.explorerforum.com/forums/showthread.php?t=312012 on a explorer/mountaineer but he did his on a 2004 I believe and I know the bolt sizes are different than my 97 mountaineer that I'm wanting to do the 1.5" BL on.
I also found a thread that tells you what sizes bolts are needed for a 3" BL or 1.5" BL http://www.explorerforum.com/forums/showthread.php?t=387687&highlight=pa+883+body+lift and for my 97 mountaineer I need
(2)12mm x 142mm
(2)12mm x 102mm
(2)12mm x 86mm
(2)12mm x 122mm
(2)12mm x 162mm
But I'm having a hard time finding some so if any could post some links to sites or tell me some stores where I could get them that would be great! Thanks

No affect providing they're not hitting something and bottoming out. Or buy the longer bolts and
thread the nut beyond the cutting point, cut the bolt, then remove the nut to "clean" the threads.

BTW, 2mm is just slightly longer than 1/16". Safe, long as a couple of threads are showing. Use Loctite. ;)

Awesome thanks for the help!
