where is the fuel filter?

02 xlt 4x4 4.0 4 door, the gas tank is on the passenger side I crawled under to see where it is at and could not see it, tomarrow I will drive it onto some ramps to get a better look. I have a new filter so any ideas would help?

The fuel filter is located about right under the passanger's feet. You have to remove a plate.
