Where is this engine whistle/hum coming from?

I have this sound coming from the engine.

Any thoughts what this might be and how to stop it?

Is it serpentine belt?

It didn't sound like it was coming from that area, but i'll check again to see if that's possible

Just watched your video, first thing I would do is remove serpetine and start truck just long enough to see if noise still persist. My go to method for finding noises like this is to take a LONG screwdriver and put on every component and listen with your ear on handle. Start at powersteering pump, then ac compressor, water pump, pulley bolts etc, just be careful not to get your driver caught up in any rotating parts. Video sounds like ps pump. But you'll know immediately when you start listening around with your ear on the driver, has never let me down.
