If you are just looking for stock light bulbs any of the places you mentioned has them here.

By no brights do you mean both bulbs are burned out on brights? If they both went out at the same time it may not be the bulbs. You may want to check fuses.

also as an upgrade u might wanna try looking into getting a H.I.D. kit as they offer better light output aswell as longer life. but like the other member said try looking into why u have no brights be it the fuse or just ur wiring harness. i have seen a few that have gone bad and the wiring was melted and black crusted, so u may look into that.

yes both went out at the same time. all fuses are good. could it be a relay under the dash. if so, which one? and which relay under the dash would make the power windows/locks quit working? can they be replaced with a Mutliple Purpose Relay at autozone?

did you check your fuses with a meter? sometimes they can look like nothings wrong but can still go bad. also like stated before check your wiring harness it very well could be that. from what i know the lighting relay is under the hood in the fuse box not under the dash
