Where to get "spray tint"?

I was wondering if there were any stores like Autozone or Walmart or something that is local everywhere, where you can buy the stuff in a can that tints things like your head and tail lights. Peter (ilikedellcomputers) did this with his truck, and I like the look of it. Only place where I have seen it is Summit, and I really dont want to have to order it. Its supposed to have the blackout effect, but shows through when the lights light up better. I'd like to experiment with this stuff. Thank you,

I tried that stuff. I think it's junk. At least when I did my light is came out very light, & kinda purpleish. Not dark black at all. I tested with heavier coats but it did block the light the darker I made them. I got the niteshades stuff from Summit. Better off getting the real blackouts.
