ahh an age old question.
basically what ever you find runs best in your truck, it maybe that they all run the same...but just try different ones.
for instance in my old 92 i tried penzoil, and didn't really like it.

Mobile 1. My x is @ 120k and I mix 2.5 qts of 5w30 with 2.5 qts of 10w30.
All non synthetic oils will break down over time and you will get a thicker build up of oil crud in you engine. Having used req oils I have seen the difference.

I just read a thread very recently with a guy very knowledgeable on oil study adviced to stay away from Penzoil and another yellow bottle (can't remember- damn short term memory). He highly recommends going synthetics or if you must save $, Valvoline.
