Can transfer case reduction gears be installed in the B/W 1354? I have a 99 ranger w/4:10 and thought it would be much cheaper to replace the T case gears to help out on the crawl raito.

Thanks

No one that i know of...our x-fer cases are chain drive

I wish!
You are stuck with the range the chain driven case gives you. Lower = axle gears.

or a doubler :D

I've heard of a doubler, is it cost effective? Do they make it for us?

"They" don't make it. You do. If you're mechanically inclined you make them. Like stated above, the easiest and probably cheapest way to gain crawl ratio is to lower the gearing in your axles. After that the best thing to do is swap your transfer case to something lower.
