Who sells this Door Striker Bushing?

Sorry to revive a thread, but these can be 3d printed! Im testing the longevity of polycarbonate prints. Will update in a bit once everything is worked out. The hatch fits perfect, doors fit fine too, but I think I can make them a tad thicker to make it last longer/more stiff.
Could you post the STL file or a link to it?

Does a SLDPRT work? I can post it when Im at the computer tomorrow.

The hatch bushing is compleely done, I want to tweak the door bushings a bit I think Inwas too conservative in my OD.

That would be sweet. The Dorman part isn't really better than the Ford bushing was, I've replaced a ton of them for my four trucks over the years.
Im not sure this part is inherently any better haha, but if you have a printer, much easier. Polycarb I imagine will hold up alright, nylon would be great I imagine. But consumer pritners can usually only go up to ABS, so no clue how that will do. So YMMV depending on your material.

For all you junkyard hunters…

For the side doors, pull the OEM ones from the rear side doors. They are typically worn less. Just install them with the worn area reversed. Some of my original ones were good with just turning them around….

Cool
