TMR make some awesome products.

That fits better then I thought it would. I saw that same mount a while back when I was trying to find a way to hold my 205 up, looks like it will work well for you. I will dig the old cross member out for you next time you stop by.

Chris wants to buy the other case from you if you still have it. He blew the rear output when he was in Moab this year and used the spare I had so he wants another one. It broke just like mine did around the rear output bearing, I think the atlas will work much better.

I have not had any problems getting ahold of duff for the doublers? I bought 2 kits from him now along with other friends of mine without any problems. I just picked up his newest 205/1356 kit and cant wait to try it out, should give me 164 something crawl ratio with everything else I have.

I will bring that other 1354 back down next time for Chris. Probably the same time I come down with my drive shafts for lengthening and retubing.

I redid my calculations. With the 3.06 1st gear in the tranny, the 2.48 in the crawler box, 3.8 in the Atlas and 4.88's in the axles it'll give me an over all of 140.73:1

140.73:1 = Sloth

Do you have a number?

Thank you sir!

Hmmm, I already have 5 sticks on the center console, and I am having a hell of a time trying to figure out where to put the 6th.

Making Progress. It's a little tight, but it all fits. I will have to make the final adjustments and bends once the t-case is back in the truck. I am currently waiting on some small parts, but I am starting to see the light.

Your 44 will never know what hit it.... Looking good Kevin

Made a little progress today. I identified the initial clearance cuts under the truck while waiting for Alicia to wake up :rolleyes: and after I got home from swaping a 4 planetary gear t-case for a 6, I sealed everything up and got things ready for the final install and crossmember fab.

Tomorrow I will start hacking away at the excess useless metal under the Ex to make room for the drivetrain.

Well I did a test fit on the t-case last night and found that it is hanging about 4 to 5 inches below the frame rail at the back end. That is a little lower than I like so tonight it will come back out and I will beat the hell out of the bottom of the body with my BFH to make some more room.

:hammer::hammer::hammer:

Wow..... Subscribed. Good job.

Holy crap my arms feel like lead. Just spent the last half hour pounding away with a short handled 8 lb sledge while laying on my back. I can't even feel myself typing right now.

Final test fit and install complete. I was able to get it tucked quite a bit further up in there. I now have 1 1/2 to 2 inches below the frame. It will be closer to 2 once I fab up the mounts and it settles on them.

I am happy with it since it seems to be the same or maybe even a little better tucked than it was with just the Atlas.
