Why are hella 500 fogs more then driving?

I was thinking of getting the fogs, but they are like 30 bucks more then the driving lights, why is that?

i am not 100% sure, but i think the hella 500 fogs use a different tinted glass type

they are the same.

do a 'search' on yahoo shopping, you'll get better pricing too.
