Why you should change your oil regularly

Was working on a friend's 02 Ranger today putting in a new valve cover gasket. The truck has the 4.0SOHC engine in it and 250,000 miles on the clock. It's had it's oil changed every 3k with conventional Pennzoil. Here's what the inside of the motor looks like:

Amazing how clean it is for a quarter million miles..

CHANGE YOUR OIL REGULARLY!!
