Widened TTB Questions

As i am discussing here: http://www.explorerforum.com/forums//showthread.php?t=202765, i am more seriously considering buying a stock explorer and starting a mild build-up from there.

I don't think it would be wise to buy a truck that you can't test all systems before you buy. The beams and axles are a package and you don't know if the axles even fit after the beams were welded, I've seen that happen.....Not cool
