Will 06-08 tail light guards will fit an 05?

I started off on pilchards, sort of like a sardine using purse nets then moved to long lining sharks and now I drop pots for crayfish/lobster/king crab. Good fun, away from the maddening crowd but hard yakka too.

Alright...I only know what a crayfish, lobster, and king crab are, but a little research on pilchards and long lining sharks so I can know what they are....
...yakka...
Off to the Aussie Slang Dictionary... :D

Sorry... yakka is work, long lining is a type of fishing where you reel out a mile of line with a baited hook every 6 feet or so and a pilchard is about 6" - 10 " fish that lives in schools some only 500 or 600 lbs some schools or balls (the shape the school is in the drink) (water) are over 2 ton. The purse net has two lines, a dinghy, tinny, tender what ever you want to call a small aluminium boat takes the net in a circle, 300' diameter around the ball, then the main boat winches in the net and you scoop out the fish once the net is next to the boat, bit like a draw string. Our boat was only 45' and we saw a ball on the sonar shot the net and started winching the skipper thought we had a ton which is a great shoot. the closer the net got to the boat the more the fish spread out until we realized we had over 4 ton in the net. Then they all decided to swim down and you'd be amazed at the power 4 ton of 8" fish can generate. The boat started to list and the side was level with the water(drink) until the skipper came running out of the wheelhouse with an axe and chopped the lines holding the net to the boat just before we sunk. Great fun sorry I got carried away with the length of the story.

I will say...I just got "schooled" (learned something), while enjoying the story.

Are you planning anything else (mods) for your Ex?

:D maybe just the stage 2 intake tube but thats about it apart from a few cosmetic changes with my Son when he gets down for the holidays(new hood scoop and racing stripes):D. How 'bout you?

Well...there's quite a list...still:
New speakers
New radio head unit
Tail Lights
Headlights
One of those full bumper bull bars
Wheels, thinking of these

or
amobuc.bmf.ang.jpg

and maybe a set of these for summer wheels (from the 2010 sport trac adrenalin):

And a few other things that I probably forgot

Those rims are choice as Nate, the second one looks awesome and so does the third one and the first one.

The nicest thing about them are they are only around $100.00 (except the 3rd ones)

$100 bucks, jaysus, they'd be 300 knicker here easy. There are definitely some benifits to having a population of over 220 million. I couldnt believe it when Danny said you could get cragar soft 8's for $50 - $60. My cheap weird name tyres were $240 ea, cough... rip off... cough, and I saw them on ebay motors for bugger all, oh well such is life, as Ned Kelly (our most famous bushranger) said as he was led to the gallows and hung.

Yeah, and especially when you get to the US to australia shipping costs; then it becomes a rip off

oh yeah, Sorry the nets playing up at moment, piece of s***, dont mean to be rude by not answering quickly. Bloody wireless crap.

SOME benefits yeah. After having been to your country and seeing how awesome it can be to drive for hours an not pass a single soul on the road, I have to wonder, haha. Lots of unspoiled and un-crowded places...love it  Some things were expensive as you said though.

I did see a bumper sticker there that made me laugh....it had a silhouette of Australia and underneath it was the phrase "F*$# OFF....WE'RE FULL" or something like that. :D

Yeah I dont see many bumper stickers saying "my child is a honour student at uni/college" but plenty that say "If you dont like us F*** off","Harden the f*** up","Aussie pride"

http://shop.ebay.com.au/i.html?_nkw=bumper+stickers&_frs=1&_trksid=p3286.c0.m359

Heres a couple from ebay au and a fair few from your ebay, looks like we all need a laugh on the road!

And at least you dont get punched in the arm to much when playing spotto (once you leave the city anyway):D

This is a good one

I'll consider that a free bump! ;)

They're classic Nate. If funny bumper stickers were compulsory there'd be alot less roadrage in the world. Fingers crossed on your tail guards and running boards. Its choice that you found someone who wasn't on the scam!

Speaking of road rage, I could've about taken a tire iron to an old lady today (I wouldn't have but wanted to)... 55 MPH (88 KPH) and all of a sudden she just floors her brakes! And it was to make a lane change to the grocery store. I almost hit her (good thing for new brakes), and I almost got hit by another car... I was mad for a minute after that.

The nigerian 419 ...That's a Money Order scam. I make sure I get a call or text from the person and make sure they know the area by a few local questions...
Funny thing, the guy who faked the M.O. emailed me back asking for me to wire money to his "shipping agent" here's the email:
sorry it take a long time please am on family vacation tell me
you have send the agent fund and let me have the wester union
informatoin okay he will come for the pick up in your house
Quite choppy english...told them to find some rosetta stone. I verbally beat the guy up on my latest email to him... But he deserves it trying to scam me.
Wait a minute...it says the shipping agent will come for the pick up IN my house?? No way that'd happen.

EDIT: If were to have gotten in an accident with that, I'd probably end up buying and driving a Nissan Xterra. :( The frame would've bent on that, and it'd would've been the end of my Ex.

Aye, beware the nigerian 419, words to live by. A bloke in Perth had his house sold out from under him while he was visiting relly's in South Africa. The only reason he got it back was his next door neighbor rang him to find out why he was selling so suddenly. The buyer sent the money to China, not sure if he got it back. The real estate agent said the "seller" had all the relevent titles and identification for the transaction(my mum rents her townhouse through the same chick who got conned, she rang ma up making sure mum still wanted her to be her agent) I hadn't heard of a house being stolen before, but the infomation available to someone who knows where to look is f*****' scary!

Almost anything can happen. Its the obvious guys like the one who contacted me who are easy to spot. Some of the *******s know how to do this. It is scary...
Any more it comes down to if you can sell it, it can be stolen/scammed from you
