Will 16" tires fit on a Ranger?

I have a 2001 ford winstar with a rod knocking and we just put new 16" tires on it. I was wondering if anyone knows if these would bolt up on a 94 ranger 2 wheel drive no lift. It is not at home yet, should get it today. They look similar in hight. I think they are 225 or 235 60 15's. I will know more later on. I just don't want to waste 400. worth of tires.

as long as its the same bolt pattern 5x4.5

I didn't know because I have heard alot about backspace. I don't know what the bolt pattern is. I was hoping someone would know. I will get around to checking it out. I am rebuilding the carbs on my bike and then will have to install a couple of new tires on it. It is on my list.

..There is some info in the "How to" found in my signature for the Rangers tire and wheel sizes...As far as the Winstar wheel B.S. and bolt pattern, I have no answers..

I looked them up on a wheel web site and it said 5 x 4.25 with 30mm backspacing. I was just to lazy to take caplocks off wasn't being mean just lazy. I type like turtles have sex real slow.

Thanks for the lists I tried to find one that lists all the rim sizes. I remember seeing one in a hot rod or carcraft mag really long time ago. Never seen one since. I will keep a better eye out for some 15" rims now for my truck.
