winch and cooling

Hi all. i am looking at fabing a front bumper for a winch and have a question. i see a lot if winches that are recessed in to the grill . i was wondering if there are cooling problems with them set there?

With different designs you may or may not have over-heating issues. On mine I had intermittent over-heating on hot days with high elevation crawling, I finally fixed it for good with a direct replacement double core radiator, maybe the guys who don't have over-heating issues already have the double core rad?
