Wind noise after window regulator replaced

I had to have my drivers side window regulator replaced by the dealer yesterday. Now I have a severe wind noise at the top/back of the window when I get to 40 mph and above. Is it possible that the window is not going up all the way now? All my other windows, and the drivers window before replacing the regulator, seem to have a solid sound when they go up all the way. This window now is quiet and just stops. Is there an adjustment to how much the window closes?
