Now then got a problem explorer 1999 4.0l I get wind up on the OSF wheel when turning left while driving slow , so bad it stripped teeth on the diff!!! I've replaced Diff, both drive shafts , front hub , transfer box , front prop hardy Spicer , to no avail , 4x4 works perfectly, if I unplug the transfer box she drives perfect , but no 4x4, it's been plugged into a computer and shows nothing , any ideas ?

dont drive in 4x4 on pavement, thsts what caused your driveline windup. i'm not quite sure what your issue is, as bypassing the tcse puts it into 2wd. if 4x4 works fine, then what is the issue? sorry im a bit confuesed.

It's left in auto for the four wheel drive I only ever switch to four low or high off road ,

let me confirm this: givinf fhe tcase no power makes it drive fine. putting it in 4auto makes it go into 4wd?
