NOW I NEED THE UBOLTS!!!

Trailmaster makes the length I need, but the threads are too big...I would have to drill out my shock plate....

Godfather or anyone else who has lowered their X 3 inches.......Where did you get your u-bolts???

Well.....there's been 12 views and not one post.....come on guys....Where the heck is (Greg)Godfather when you need him???

I got my bolts at autozone. I'm pretty damn sure they had a set that were big enough for 3".

Well, I found an autozone about 25 miles away. I'm gonna try there this Friday (6/21)...We'll see if they have what I need.....Otherwise I'm gonna repost here...And the original u-bolts will NOT work...I'm using a 3" block which requires the u-bolts to be AT LEAST 3" longer.....

Bill used bolts that are probably simillar to the ones you found. He did in fact have to drill out his shock plates. Doing this will be a big favor to yourself though, as getting the smaller ones to fit are a PITA.

Thats true. I had a helluva time getting mine to go around the axle and then through the holes on the shock plate.
