Go to my post a few down "wanting some change" and look through there and you can see bigapples rig. The first photo shows the XLS bumper and the second photo shows the XLT bumper. It is the gold one. Not the lowered with big wheels.
yea im that bigapple guy... heres the swap... its awesome and ill tell u where to get all the stuff.. ebay is the best way and ill show u all u need to get cuz i thought it would be cheaper but u have to get more than u think... here r the parts
each is labeled.... red is where it bolts on... total of 6 bolts.. if u get the bumper it will come with the bracket that u need to put it on.. and the two bottom bolts are already on the xls bumper... brown labels are the fender moldings that u will need if u get the xlt with the trim... if u get a limited bumper, it doesnt have them and the entire bumper gets painted... blue is the centerpiece... ud think the xls centerpiece would be the exact same size but unfortunately its not so u have to get that as well... green r the fog lights which u wont need if just get the fog light fittings which are in yellow... if u get hte fittings that dont fit the lights, it may cost a little less
prices are as follows... (note the store; and all of these are brand new parts btw)
bumper itself 140 (ebay)
centerpiece 30 (ebay)
fog lights 70 (standard halogen bulbs included) (ebay)
fog light fitting 15 (ebay)
fog light fitting 15 (ebay)
fenderwell molding 10 (partstrain)
fenderwell molding 10 (partstrain)
paint 65 (local store; got the paint job done by a friend so i cant estimate wut u would be paying)
I have an standard '05 XLT that does not have fender flares, lower bodyside cladding or any extra molding on the bumpers, and I have seen a lot of similar XLTs running around here - a whole lot more now that I have one. I never realized just how many Ford put together (same color too, Mineral Grey).

not a problem... good luck getting everything u need... i figured the bumper itself and the fog inserts would be all i need but other hidden fees.. of course... finally worked out in the end though
i guess ull have to buy from partstrain and get the rest of the gear from ebay... i got the xlt from ebay so idk wut to tell u about not finding the other
yea if u get that, u wouldnt need to get the fender moldings... just get the bumper, the centerpiece, and the fog light inserts... if u get the regular inserts, u wont need to get the lights to fill in the gaps
well since that bumper isnt stock, neither are the foglights... i put the foglights in myself and wired an aftermarket switch... there was no way to integrate it in an xls switch that didnt already have it
