So I do have some damage to the pass door (see pic below), but it was originally damaged last October, and has worked fine ever since.

I parked my truck in the garage witht the windows down for a few weeks, when I went to roll them up, the drivers works fine, and nothing from the pass window.

No clunks squeaks grinding, humming, etc...

Is there a seperate fuse for each side? I'm at a loss on where to start looking. I guess I'll tear the door panel off and see what i can see.

Thoughts? Theories? Suggestions?

I thought would be to check and see if the window motor is getting power when you toggle the switch. My guess is that your window motor is bad.

I got the door panel off. Seems the door damage may have cause a clearance issue between the harness and the glass.

I there a good way to force the window up?

The only way I know of is to remove the motor and push the window up. But be careful once you remove the motor the glass will have nothing holding it up. Once you have it up reinstall the motor to hold the glass.
