Blend door and actuator

After two days of messing around, I found two problems with my HVAC. The actuator has a stripped gear, and the blend door itself is broken where the actuator inserts into it.

My question is: What actuator and blend door do I need? There are so many different ones that look alike.

My vehicle is a 1998 Explorer EB V6 SOHC with EATC heat and air.

The actuator I pulled out is F87H-19E694-AA, or at least that is what it looks like. I cannot find that part number anywhere.

The blend door is a pain in the butt to replace but can be done with a couple hours and a good toll for cutting plastic.

Got it done. Had to take it to the shop to get it that way, but it is done. Working great.
