4" Trailmaster kit with 33's

2" BL & 2.5" James Duff suspension.

I think 32's with 4inches looks better and performs better off-road than 33's will. You won't have as much clearance/flex with 33's.
I'm gonna do 2.5" suspension and 3"BL with 32's

One thing I've learned tonight, if you search for lifted explorers on Google, most of them, 99%, are on here! Sweet

oh so a 4inch susp lift will be fine? oh and while im at it, nice X ;)

Yes. Neither one of those are mine. I wish! I have a green one that's sitting in my driveway because I skrewd the clutch last wheeling trip on the 4th! Unless, you searched for my truck. Then thanks!:D

That's FAT CAT's ride.

A 4" will be fine for 33s. You may need to do some very minor trimming/hammering on the firewall.
This is my old one with that exact setup.

Nice ride. I just like more wheel well clearance than that. But it looks nice!

The torsion bar mounts on a 95 are welded straight to the frame and on 96 and up there bolted on. Thats why you can get a lift for a 95 cause the lift kit drop the mounts down. You could cut them off and get a set of a 96 but you would have to figure out where to drill the holes on the frame to get it right.

It the same suspension just in 95 the mounts were welded to the frame instead of bolted.

if you just search for and older ex period lifted lowered... they are on here 99% of the time

that's exactly what I'm looking for my EXPLORER.
Can you give me more detail to be able to do exactly the same look.
Thank you very much for your assistance

i have a question, my 92 sport is stock, it has street tires -.- im trying to get goodyear wrangler authority, i did the conversion on my stock size tires, 235/75h.r15 comes out to be a 29 inch tire, id love 33s but not happening till a body lift, i soppose 31s can fit, im usually into tuners, all this is new to me, im trying to get grounds on what can be down right now

I believe 31's will fit as has been stated by others here.I'm sure some who have done it will chime in.:D

I got 31's on my stock wheels and stock 94 Limited. They are worn out pair of AT. I have no rubbing but would like some more room.

This is the only picture i have of the authority's on mine. there 31x10.5x15 on Mickey Thompson 15x8 rims 4.5" backspacing. bonestock 190K suspension except for shocks. my front tires barely grazy the mud flaps on the front while maxing out the turning capabilities. no rubbing anywhere else. fit great

I had a 4" and my 31x10.5 BFG AT's rubbed-- now I have a 6" and my 33x12.5 BFG MTs rub under exteme conditions only.
