Photos Lifted Sport Tracs Picture Thread!

So you are runnin 3" BL and TT? Anything else besides that and 33" tires? I should check I guess with TT and 32s it might be taller than me now. I know! Since its a picture forum I'll go get a pic ;)

Ya I'm about done with the running boards

I'd take them off if I didn't use them to bend saplings and keep rocks away from my body panels. Before I ran 35s I had them off and it was so much nicer without them honestly. They rob you of some clearance too.

Rebel and offtrac will show you the way! Paint your cladding, its there for a reason, and it'll take rock shots all day. Better than bare metal, especially if you're flying around on some mountain trails.

I painted my cladding back in early 2011, and other than some rear bumper scuffs, its held up well, and I work my trac up and down the sierra mountains.

Go AAL over shackles, I'll be making the switch before the weather gets warm.

Offtrac, what kind of setup do you have

Click on my Registry link in my signature. It'll show what I've done since day one. The short of it is 3" body lift, 1.5" torsion twist and add-a-leaf with 35x12.5x17 Treadwright Guard Dogs.

I have the same tires. I love treadwrights

I've had them for about a month. No complaints so far. They walk through mud much better than the KM2s I had. To be fair though, I never had the KM2s with full tread. Haven't had these properly off road yet.

Came across this today. Never seen it before.

That may be the ugliest trac I have ever seen lol. Its cool in a tricked out sort of way otherwise thats pretty nasty lol.

On a side note I have a k&n cai system coming on Monday along with pro comp 13120 add a leafs :) Will post pics when I get them installed. Oh and thanks MidnightRebel, got trans, diff, and transfer case flushed today per your suggestion with my power issue. After driving around listening to it squeal a bit at higher rpms it calmed down and man the thing feels brand new. Had to have gotten 50hp back (or how it felt anyway) lol.

Dauntless76 that's great to hear man. Hugh, google Sport Trac with these key words in front- lifted, modded, raised, lowered, dropped, offroad, SAS, custom, monster and hit images. There's tons of seriously built up Trac's out there that aren't on any forums or used to be in 2001-2006. I have tons of pictures saved of different ST's from over the years.

I remember seeing the link for Craigslist that was on. They fiber glassed some new interior pieces too that look like molten lava

I've done that before but it's been a long time. I'll have to see what other beauties I've been missing. I was actually looking through Google images at Explorer Sports when that came up. May get one next year, the Sport, not that Trac.

Hey guys. I have a 2001 2WD Sport Trac and I am looking for the best and cheapest way to put a slight lift on it. I am thinking about 3in or so. Really I want to make sure it is big enough to hand a 285 tire without rubbing. I will not be doing any super heavy off-roading mainly just the occasional trips through the mud. If anyone has done anything similar and has like for before and after pictures or anything they think could help I would appreciate it.

I'd say do what Luke did and go with the body lift.
