Just finished this in conjunction w / new Water Pump, Belt, Hoses, Tensioner, Thermostat, Flush, etc... Trimmed to match old Shroud I used a Galvanized Steel HVAC Flange w/ the 14 inch Duct Flange removed to make new Shroud for 14 Inch PRO AIR PN 30209 Rad Fan that pulls about 10 Amps & Flows 1500 CFM controlled by Thermostat via 40 Amp Relay - Deleted Tranny Cooler in Rad - Added 2nd Air to Fluid tranny Cooler & 2ea used 4 inch Spal Fans that pull about 6 Amp each I picked up for $20 on back of both Tranny Coolers that come on when AC Compressor comes on via 40 Amp relay using an old Liting harness I had fm MKVIII headlite mods for all 3 new Fans - Tweaked Thermostat in w/my trusty Ryobi Infrared Thermometer & working great in the 80 degree Temps we had here last week - We'll see how it does in the 90's this Summer.
