I know in CA that with a title name change, you're supposed to get it smogged. Could be the same in CO?- FROADER

CA - AZ "newbie run" Truck Haven Oct. 20
I'd keep an eye out for any northern CA runs. That would be much closer, unless you have a few days off work and can deal with the drive down here. :)- FROADER

Lift Kit Suggestions For My '96 XLT
Torsion twist and shackles or aal (add-a-leaf) If you're 2wd you can get 3" spindles. You can do a 3" body lift. Search around for those and you'll find a ton of info on everything you need.- FROADER

The grill is basically upside down so the fenders are different too. Here is a perfect example: Clarkkent's Merc grill with explorer galss fenders. The curve is different because the grill is upside down. Oh and you don't like the wheelbase because you only have a 2" lift with 31s. :)- FROADER

Head gasket
If you have one rebuilt it will be more than $1500 including labor to put it in. If you find another engine and swap it, it might be cheaper. Good luck, and welcome to the site.- FROADER

3" lift for ford ranger will it work ?
If you have a 4wd a 3" torsion twist is too much for the CVs to handle. If you're 2wd, then yes, those should work.- FROADER

Michael, Truck Haven is Just north of the S-22 off of the 86s. I don't think we have an official sign up for this run. Just pay attention to this thread for when we decide where we decide to camp and come on out. Welcome to the site! :) Normally, the majority of participants camp...- FROADER

The answers are as follows: 1. Just do an SAS and don't F around. 2. Use Ultra Flat black for anything. 3. Seven. 4. Dave Matthews Band 5. Probably about $4,733.00. Good luck and welcome to the site.- FROADER

Ouray, CO Labor Day Weekend (CCR 07?)
Great pics guys. I'd like to make it out there some time. That 4 door Rubicon looks pretty nice. Mike has mad skillz. He could probably take an '85 Cutlass Supreme through most trails with no damage.- FROADER
