Sig explains it all. 4.10's arent too bad. Havent averaged anything less than 20.2 mpg. Best was 21.6. Although Ive only gotten gas I think 5 times since I got the truck in late May. The Explorer only got 19 mpg highway if i was lucky....

How would a heater core cause the motor to run cool? And Ive always used 192 degree t-stats. I dont really ever use my heat over level 2 on the HVAC. Shane

I helped a friend of mine lower his 94 xlt. He used ranger 2" drop coils and got 2" blocks for the rear. EDIT: The ride was soft, so you might include a sway bar kit to your better handling project.
