Both of my Sport Tracs had these on them when I got them. I need two new ones and can't find anyone that carries them. Anybody seen these in a Sams/PepBoys/etc. Supposedly they're private label Michelins but no tire dealer can get them.

What is the difference in a flex and non-flex fuel motor? Is it all external or is there a difference in the long block? Sorry if this has been covered, just looking for a quick internal/external answer.
