I painted the plastic with krylon fusion satin finish black paint. Cleaned it real well, masked it off, then painted. So far it has held up 3 months including the winter.

I have a 4wd. The rotors were advertised for a 2002 4x4. For some reason I guess I'm not supposed to take the planned spring break road trip or something. Nothing is working out...

So does that mean that rotors from a 2002 Sport should fit mine also? Reason I ask is that I bought rotors off ebay advertised for a 2002 Sport/Sport Trac and they do not fit.

When I replaced my rear rotors I noticed that there was oil leaking out of the passenger side axle from the seal. The axle also slides in and out about 1/8" (both sides). What do I need to order to fix this, and what exactly do I need to do? It's a limited slip diff reads 3L7388. Help point me...

I ordered some pads off rockauto.com... After taking the old ones off again I realized they too gave me the wrong ones. Whats so hard about picking the right ones??

they are ceramics from pep boys (prostop) They admitted they were wrong and didn't have the right ones in stock, best they could do was a refund.

I decided to do my front brakes myself for the first time. The pad closest to the engine fit fine, but the outside one would not go all the way back into the caliper like the old one did. I noticed that the new pads had tabs that the old ones did not. Here is a pic, what am I doing wrong?
