i dont think there is any explorer driven on the street that can hold a candle to what troll drives every day. we are in for some new changes in our endevor to make even more power we will keep you guys posted. oh and is the race still on.

shure why not he does drive it every day. pump gas to race gas is a difrence in what pulley you put on it to make boost as well as what you set the timing too. does any one here run race gas when racing there explorer.

it'd be awfully expensive. a brother of mine filled his 01 grand am gt up with racing fuel. it was $3.00 bucks a gallon. costed him about $40 and he didnt even fill it up all the way. but he said it ran great!

When I get my chip in I'm gonna have to try some higher octane gas a Phillips 66 sells 102 and 105 here in town.

when we use race gas in our cars we only use c16 witch is vp racing 116 octaine leaded fuel. if your car is setup nice it should not require anything more then pump gas unless you are running a lot of boost.

I get 0-60 in 8.2sec with out a chip so you should get mid to high seven's

previously, I hit a best of 5.7 for 0-60 with the nitrous on. My X also did a best 60' time of 1.90.


but, I have currently traded hard launches for 153 decibles of ear-piercing, panel-flexxing, vomit-inducing BASS!!!!

Does the Blackjack also have a Diablo Chip? 7.5 is pretty good.

Oddly enough, no, he doesn't have the chip. That's why I insisted on two more runs.....I couldn't believe it! One of the runs came back 7.6 though. I was redlining it to 6000rpm...........
