Need a little more info. When does it blink and what are you doing when it goes off?

The blinking means the computer has seen a problem with the transmission, there is a trouble code stored in the computer. You will need a scan tool to get these codes, once you have the codes you will know what to look for with the transmission.
Post them up and we can give you ideas on the best way to repair it.
