The problem with more than 3 will not only be extended upper control arms in the front, you will need differential drop brackets to keep cv's from binding up.

The rear is the crappy part because the cv axles run threw an "O" in the frame so the easiest solution there would be an sas, get a rear end out of a 2nd gen, you could still use coil springs but you would have to do more than weld on some spring hangers like with leaf springs,

Fab up some shock mounts and will probably need a different drive shaft as well

just to get to 6" of lift would cost a crap load

I don't believe anything ever happened with his lift. It ended up being too costly I believe. He may have sold the files to somebody else though.

Yea I can get everything cut and ordered at direct price so will probley not be as bad for me but i wouldn't pay more then couple hundred for the the files and the o frame is just a hoop right that can go if not structural, long arm suspension sounds ok beside custom cv shaft lenghts, and drop diff brackets sound fine to me i don't think it would be hard to make a kit but I couldn't design one till I get a nother daily might even just get something else to use for off road

Yeah, if you're going to go through all the trouble to create a lift and just for use for yourself, it probably isn't worth the time or money. At that point, either get a 2nd gen or something easier to mod

Ill find time lol but money sometimes matters but be cool to be one off any way depends if I can find the truck I really want or not or maybe get a sport model there solid axle in rear right and how about the front are there easy lifts for front of them

the 2 door sport is based off the 2nd gen design. The 4 door switched designs in 2002, but the 2 door continued production on the older frame until 2003 when it was discontinued.
