02 Exp Crank No Start No Tach Mvmnt

Parked my 02 Exp Sunday,came out Monday to go to work,crank,no start,no tachometer movement.
It has been getting harder to start the last couple of weeks, and thrice over that 2 weeks when it started it shook hard,and 1 time I shut it down, another I didnt and it smoothed out, another it stalled.
I'm at wits end.
Seems to be something simple, but??????
Update: power to fuel pump fuse, to fp relay, turn on key have two relay terminals with power, but no power through the second set of relay terminals ,no click, or relay activation when I turn the key on!

-Can you get it to start with throttle partway down? (Don't put to floor as this will turn off fuel injection)

-Do you see power to the pcm relay?

-What is fuel rail pressure?

-Have you looked at codes?

-Is it cranking with a regular rhythm or irregular?

-What engine?

-Is the IAC sticking, has it been cleaned?
