My AC Clutch chirps every time it engages. There's a TSB on this about the AIR Gap. According to the TSB (as I recall) the clutch needs replaced.
Currently the radiator is out, giving me perfect access to the compressor.

Anyone done this procedure?
Can't find anything on the net or in the forums.
I believe taking it off and putting it on is fairly painless, but need to know how to adjust the AIR Gap properly once on?

Using a screw drive to lock between the clutch rivets and wedge against the Harm. Balancer, I was able to lock the clutch and keep it from spinning. The nut itself only has 14 lbs torque on it.
There was only one washer/shim behind the clutch which came off by hand.
Measuring the clutch air gap, I found it to be .85mm. The specs say .254 to .610mm, so it's a little out. Without the washer it's about .15. I'll find a shim assortment and just re-shim it. I don't see any reason to replace the entire pulley coil assembly at this point.
