08 Side Emblem Removal

Does anyone know for sure if the "Explorer" emblems on the doors have pegs and holes behind them or just stuck on on the 08? Just wanted to ask before I removed them. I saw other threads but nothing for the 08. Thanks

if it helps at all on my '01 they were just stuck on (no holes). they come off pretty easy with fishing wire and rubbing alchohol.

I removed the sides and rear on mine and no holes. The 08 emblems look the same as the 06 and 07's. Give it a shot. But I'm not sure on the V8 side emblems.

I am 100% sure there is no pegs or holes, i took mine off my 06, off the sides, and the rear, the RSC emblem has nothing behind it either. If you want details as to how i removed them pm me or just ask here.
