1 VS. 2 mufflers?

What are the big advantages/disadvantages of true duals vs dual in/out muffler or Y pipe? Performance/sound/torqe wise

jsut run 1 muffler.....

on a v8 duals are ok, on a v6 its gonna suck and sound liek a weedwacker

Go with one muffler then you could go with a y pipe to look like "True Duals" it would sound alot better too
